This ensures that each order has a single Shipping Charge and a single HazMat Charge (unless you also order products that Ship Separately from Tactical world or our Suppliers). Each order can only contain 25 pounds of black powder and 66 pounds of smokeless powder, primers, and fuse. Hazardous materials such as smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fuses can only be shipped by ground freight within the continental United States. For safety and legal/regulatory reasons, smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fuses cannot be returned.
